My website is experiencing problems and I decided to start a blog to keep in touch with my friends, customers and anyone interested in Mediterranean cooking from good old home style meals to exquisite restaurant quality lunches/dinners!

Eclat has also what we call a "Cuisine Club" where we deliver gourmet meals to your door! You become members and choose to have meals delivered certain days of the month!!!
